IN EVERY RENOVATION PROJECT

We pride ourselves on following a carefully measured, tired-and-tested methodology in every single renovation project we work on. CONCEPTUALIZING AND PLANNING

This is when we sit down with our clients to understand exactly what they’re looking for. We outline the possibilities, plan the overall style and scope and produce as clear a picture as possible for what we are about to create.

There will be questions that will need to be answered in order to define the upcoming project. Do you want an open or closed concept kitchen? Do you intend to add or limit your bathroom space? What parts of the layout do you wish to replace and which would you rather keep and repair? What materials and finishes do you like? What lighting do you wish to install? This is also where we define the budget, go over design styles and create a clear mental picture of the renovated space.

You will also get a clear if not final cost and project duration estimate. Once the overall idea is clear and we know your expectations as well as the way to achieve them, we enter the next stage of the project.

RENOVATION PROJECT DESIGN

The previous stage drew a mental picture. Now it’s time to give it color and presence.

To make absolutely sure the intended kitchen or bathroom renovation is going to be exactly to your liking, our design team will create a computer generated model for you to examine.

It will be either a 2D or 3D render of the space and will include a realistic layout with a degree of finish, so you can actually look at the new space even before it was created.

This is the time to ask and clarify technical nuances. After this the real magic begins.

PHYSICAL PROJECT CREATION

This part is both very complex and very simple. There’s a lot that needs to be done and come together in a home renovations project, but if the two prior stages were done thoroughly, all we’ll need to do is follow the plan.

First, all that needs to be removed will be carefully taken apart and removed to a disposal container we’ll have prepared in advance.

Then new parts and materials will be brought in and installed. You will be appraised on our progress every step of the way, essentially supervising our work as it progresses.
